PURPOSE: A high-pressure supply pump of a diesel engine is provided to reduce a concentricity error in process by changing a coupling method of a drive shaft and an inner cam through a pre-stroke control method. CONSTITUTION: A high-pressure supply pump of a diesel engine includes a drive shaft(2) mounted in the inside of a pump housing(15) and having a high-pressure oil path(22), which is connected to a plunger chamber(23), formed on the same axis, a feed pump(3) and a pulse gear(4) generating pressure to the oil path, a disk(5) mounted on a rear surface of the drive shaft, an inner cam(6) located on an opposite side of the disk and connected to the disk, and a profile processed on an inner surface of the inner cam and interlocking with two pairs of plungers(7) and rollers(8). The plunger reciprocates vertically toward the center to an extent of a height of the profile.
