AUTOMATIC HYSTERESIS MEASURING APPARATUS OF ROLLING STAND

PURPOSE: An automatic hysteresis measuring apparatus of a rolling stand is provided to accurately measure the hysteresis and shorten the hysteresis measuring time of the rolling stand by automatically measuring the hysteresis of the rolling stand. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises an automatic hysteresis measurement controlling means driving a screw and a cylinder to the initial roll gap position when the automatic hysteresis selection order is inputted and outputting a certain controlling signal so that the cylinder is ascended or descended according to whether or not a roll force is within the upper and lowest limits of hysteresis measured values; and an X-Y recorder (60) measuring a hysteresis amount of a rolling stand by receiving a detecting signal detected from a roll gap variation and a roll force variation according to the controlling of the automatic hysteresis measurement controlling means as an X-Y axis signal.
