摘要 PURPOSE: A triode type electron emission device using carbon nanotube and manufacturing method, flat display panel using thereof and method for forming carbon nanotube at anodized alumina template is provided to omit process of removing carbon layer formed on surface of alumina template after forming carbon nanotube by supplying method for forming carbon nanotube at only pore. CONSTITUTION: An alumina template(10) formed with carbon nanotube(20) is used for electron emission device(50). Alumina template(10) has the first surface(13) and the second surface(15) opposite to the first surface(13). Double pore(16) is formed at alumina template(10) through vertically the first surface(13) and the second surface(15). Carbon nanotube(20) is formed at each pore(16) of alumina template(10). Double cathode line(40) is formed at the second surface(15) and connected to the other side of carbon nanotube(20) exposed at the second surface(15). The second anode layer(30) that electron emission hole(18) is formed is formed at the first surface(13) and is apart from the other side of carbon nanotube(20) exposed at the first surface(13). The speed of electron emitted from carbon nanotube(20) is controlled by changing voltage of the second anode layer(30).
