PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and rapidly form a mounting hole for a post-executing anchor having a larger drawing resistance by simultaneously cutting a plurality of radially enlarging parts at a prepared hole. SOLUTION: A prepared hole radially enlarging implement 1 having a plurality of pin-like cutters 3, 3,... normally submerged in a cylinder 2 and disposed at an interval L in an axial direction of the cylinder 2 is inserted into a prepared hole 40 of a uniform diameter perforated in a base material 4. Then, the plurality of the cutters 3, 3,... are simultaneously rotated around the center 0 of the cylinder 2, raidally projected from the cylinder 2, advanced to cut the wall surface 41 of the hole 40, and a plurality of radially enlarged parts 42, 42,... are simultaneously cut at the surface 42.
