PURPOSE: A packing box for a product is provided to simply pack the product, easily insert and draw the product, simplify the printing work, and easily disassemble the packing box. CONSTITUTION: A packing box for a product includes a lower box(100) forming a bottom part(110) for disposing the product and making a receiving space by extendedly forming each assembly element to front and rear surface parts(120,130) covering the front and rear surfaces of the product, and a side surface part(140) covering both side surfaces of the product; and an upper box(200) extendedly forming an assembly element for being assembled to be inserted with the opened upper part and partial outer surface of the lower box covered, so that the upper box is put on the upper part of the lower box and assembled to be inserted.
