PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a carbonized matter of Ganoderma lucidum exhibiting excellent efficacy, particularly a food additive containing the carbonized matter which is safe for the human body and causes no constipation even when used alone and skin detergent which is safe for the human body and makes the hair on the head thick, a cosmetic or dentifrice containing the carbonized matter. SOLUTION: This carbonized matter of Ganoderma lucidum is obtained by keeping Ganoderma lucidum which contains calcium and phosphorus as major components and further contains germanium, selenium and silicon at high temperature over a long period of time and carbonizing it in an almost anaerobic state. The food additive is obtained by including the carbonized matter. Further, the skin detergent, the cosmetic and the dentifrice are obtained by respectively formulating the carbonized matter. |
