<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust-treating system capable of removing scale without stopping operation of a water washed desalting facility. SOLUTION: When a scale is generated and adheres to respective facilities and an inside of piping following operation of a treating system, the facility and piping, constituting one of two juxtaposed systems, which have been used up to a certain time are stopped, the adhering scale is removed, and the operation of the treating system is continued without interruption by using, in place of the above facility and the piping, the facility and piping constituting the other system which have been in the stop state without being used till that time.</p> |
