PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel collapse prevention technology effectively for preventing a collapse accident of a tunnel inner face, requiring relatively less labor, time, and materials for the construction, and facilitating the construction. SOLUTION: After a grid member 14 formed of a fiber reinforced resin and having flexibility is temporarily arranged in the inside 13 of the tunnel 10, and the grid member 14 is fixed to the inner face 13 of the tunnel 10, while applying a tensile force in the facial direction to the grid member 14 by fixing tools 15a, 15b.
