METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING CHARGING OF COKES INTO CENTER OF BELLES BLAST FURNACE

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for controlling charging of cokes into the center of a belles blast furnace are provided to solve the problems that not only production of hot metal is decreased but also a large amount of time is consumed accomplishing the normal operation resulting in an increase of operation load when an operator changeably inputs a set weighing value of coke or ore, or something is wrong with sequences of a coke weighing unit system. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises a step (83,84,85) of instructing the discharging of the charged ore from a batch call controller after charging the ore standing by in a top hopper; a step (86,87) of discharging an ore charged in a relay vessel in case of meeting the discharging conditions by retrieving the discharging conditions in the weighing completion state from a relay vessel discharging condition retrieval part; a step (88 - 93) of confirming whether or not the types of discharging ore transmitted through a top PLC (programmable logic controller), a weighing controller and ECC (electric communication controller) from a relay ore discharging memory transmission part are the center charged cokes of ore standing by for charging in the top hopper; a step (94 - 98) of completing charging by sensing zero ("0") at a weighing detecting part of the top hopper; and a step (99 - 102,85) of instructing the discharging of the charged ore.
