PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing 3-acyl-2-aminopyrrolopyrimidine, capable of acylating the 3-position of a 2-aminopyrrolopyrimidine derivative compound under a mild reaction condition, selectively and in a high yield. SOLUTION: This method for producing 3-acyl-2-aminopyrrolopyrimidine is provided by acylating the 2-aminopyrrolopyrimidine expressed by the general formula (1) by an acylating agent expressed by the general formula (4) to produce the 3-acyl-2-aminopyrrolopyrimidine expressed by the general formula (2), and a method for producing the 3-acyl-2-aminopyrrolopyrimidine is provided by using a nucleophilic agent from the 3-acyl-2-aminopyrrolopyrimidine derivative expressed by the general formula (2) to produce the 3-acyl-2- aminopyrrolopyrimidine derivative expressed by the general formula (3).
