PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for supplying a waste belt such as a waste conveyer belt wound in a coil state to a cutting device. SOLUTION: This waste belt supply device to the cutting device comprises a pair of reception rolls 2a, 2b provided on vertically movable bases 1a, 1b such that a roll interval is changeable, supporting the coil-like waste belt 8; a rotatable press roll 4 moving between a retreat position and a press position, pressing a top part of the coil-like waste belt 8 supported by the reception rolls 2a, 2b at the press position; and a pair of pinch rolls 6a, 6b pinching the waste belt 8 unwound and paid out by rotation of the reception rolls 2a, 2b and feeding the waste belt 8 to a placing table 12 of the cutting device.
