PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewn object transfer device of a sewing machine for accurately transferring a sewn object. SOLUTION: In this device for transferring a sewn object to an optional position in an X-Y rectangular coordinate plane on a sewing machine table 1, the device is composed of at least a pair of Y directional driving mechanisms 10 arranged in parallel to each other by holding an interval, at least a pair of X directional driving mechanisms 11 arranged in parallel to each other by holding an interval, a Y directional driven body 36 driven only in the Y direction on the sewing machine table connected to the Y directional driving mechanisms, an X directional driven body 30 driven only in the X direction on the sewing machine table connected to the X directional driving mechanisms and a frame body 37 being connected so as to be relatively movable in the X direction to the Y directional driven body and to be relatively movable in the Y direction to the X directional driven body and detachably holding a sewn object, and the plural X directional driving mechanisms are arranged between the Y directional driving mechanisms positioned on the most side end in the plural Y directional driving mechanisms and the Y directional driving mechanisms positioned adjacently to these mechanisms.
