PURPOSE: Mashed red beans are provided to promote the taste of bread in the form of crucian carp or carp. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of shaping frames(1) is installed on a heating table of a rotary bread roaster. Cooking oil is spread inside the shaping frame(1) not to stick the bread ingredients. Watery flour dough is poured in the frame(1) and mashed red beans of a carp shape are put on the flour dough. Flour dough is poured on the mashed red beans and the first flour dough. Covers are closed and heated for a determined time. The mashed red beans are mixed with steamed red beans 29.37%, white sugar 20.15%, dark brown sugar 10.15%, salt 0.8% and potato starch 6.6% and water is added to easily solidify the mixed ingredients. The solidified ingredients are put and pressurized in upper and lower shaping frames(4,5). The shaped red beans are stored in a packing box not to break the shape.
