PURPOSE: To provide liquid crystal display device having high visible quality by obtaining a sufficient storage capacity along with high aperture ratio, and sequentially distributing load (pixel write-in current) on capacitor line for effective reduction thereof. CONSTITUTION: A scanning line 107 is formed in layer different from a gate electrode 104, and capacitor line 111 is disposed parallel to a signal line 109. Since each pixel is connected to the independent capacitor line 111 via a dielectric, variations in potential of capacitor line due to write-in current can be eliminated, resulting in obtaining a satisfactory display image. |
