SEMICONDUCTIVE POLYAMIC ACID COMPOSITION AND ITS USE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamic acid composition having stabler electrical resistance properties and its use. SOLUTION: A semiconductive polyamic acid composition contains from 25 to 5 wt.% carbon black wherein the electrical conductivity index obtained from formula 1 is <=10 and from 75 to 95 wt.% polyamic acid. A semiconductive endless tubular aromatic polyimide film obtained through rotational molding of the polyamic acid composition is effectively used e.g. as an intermediate transfer belt or an intermediate transfer/fixation belt in a color copier.
