POLYESTER RESIN COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition obtained by imparting impact resistance and tensile characteristics without deteriorating excellent flexural characteristics and heat resistance to a resin composition which has the above characteristics and is obtained by finely dispersing a silane-clay composite material in a polyester resin. SOLUTION: This polyester resin composition which maintains the fine dispersion of a silane-clay composite material and has excellent impact resistance and tensile characteristics without deteriorating flexural characteristics, heat resistance and so on is obtained by melting and kneading the composition of a thermoplastic polyester resin and a silane-clay composite material with an impact resistance-improving agent, especially an ethylene-alkyl (meth)acrylate copolymer.
