PURPOSE: A TVURL(Television Uniform Resource Locator) implementing method on an HTML(Hyper Text Make-up Language) document is provided to simultaneously or selectively view an information data service and a TV stream, thereby providing an interface for enabling a user to freely use the two services. CONSTITUTION: In a tag detecting step, an HTML tag is detected from externally transmitted signals. In a tag searching step, it is searched whether the detected tag is a tag supporting the TVURL. In an attribute value detecting step, the TVURL support attribute value is detected if supporting. In an attribute value searching step, it is searched whether the detected attribute value is defined in the TVURL. In an HTML tag executing step, a TV broadcasting screen is displayed and general HTML and TV bit stream are simultaneously processed together with the attribute value if defined.
