PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a chlorinated vinyl chloride-based resin composition improved in metal peelability without deteriorating impact strength and improved in thermal stability when molded. SOLUTION: This chlorinated vinyl chloride-based resin composition comprises a chlorinated polypropylene resin in an amount of 0.1-3 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of a chlorinated vinyl chloride-based resin and further a heat stabilizer, a shock absorbing agent and a lubricant.
