PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structural member receiving member, a junction structure for a diagonal structural member using the structural member receiving member, and a junction method for the diagonal structural member using the structural member receiving member capable of improving workability of the structural member receiving member, and facilitating work for securing suitable junction performance between the structural member receiving member and the diagonal structural member. SOLUTION: In this structural member bracket 50 for diagonally jointing a pair of diagonal structural members 21, 21 to a main structural member 20, it is fixed to the main structural member 20, and one end of the diagonal structural member 21, 21 is fixed. It is of a separation structure separated to a first part 2 and a second part 3. Installation positions of the first and the second parts 2, 3 are adjustable in a length direction of the main structural member 20.
