PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently grind a peripheral surface of a work and an edge part continued therefrom with high accuracy. SOLUTION: Plural chucks 13 respectively holding works W are divisionally rotatably mounted on a rotary table 12. The outside of the rotary table 12 is provided with a grinder for grinding an inner peripheral surface of the work W, a grinder 16d for grinding an outer peripheral surface of the work, a first edge grinder for grinding an edge part of one surface side of the inner peripheral surface, a second edge grinder 16f for grinding an edge part of the other surface side of the inner peripheral surface, a third edge grinder 16g for grinding an edge part of one surface side of the outer peripheral surface, and a fourth edge grinder 16h for grinding an edge part of the other surface side of the outer peripheral surface.
