PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw-out tube with a buffer means capable of reducing the number of components and assembly cost by enabling the integral formation of the buffer means with other components not as a different material or a different component. SOLUTION: This screw-out tube made of a synthetic resin is provided with a core chuck 2 to which a rod-shaped cosmetics 13 is attached, a tip tube 1 to insert the core chuck 2 into a tube in such a way as not to be rotated but freely slid, a shaft tube 4 to be rotation-freely engaged with the tip tube 1, a feeding mechanism provided inside the shaft tube 4 in a relationship spirally engaged with the core chuck 2, and a container cover part B. The core chuck 2 is elevated and lowered inside the tip tube 1 by the relative rotation of the tip tube 1 and the shaft tube 4. The screw-out tube comprises both a tubularly shaped engaging part 41 made of a synthetic resin to be engaged with the tube cover part B and a notch hole 44 notched in the shape of a combination of a plurality of circumferential slits on the outer circumference and is provided with an interior device 40 to be housed in the tube cover part B. Shocks exerted on the tube cover part B are buffered by the notch part 44 of the interior device 40 so as not to be propagated to the core chuck 2 or the rod-shaped cosmetics 13.
