PURPOSE: A method to repair a pier is provided to reduce repairing costs by using a vinyl form and to keep the hardness and strength of a concrete structure through concrete curing by perfect watertightness. CONSTITUTION: A repairing method comprises five steps. In the first step, concrete is made by mixing sand, cement and aggregates. In the second step, a vinyl form(10) is installed on the surface of water to surround a pier. Both ends of the vinyl form are bent up, and a fastening part(11) is formed in the bent-up part. Fastening holes(12) are also formed in the bent-up part. A watertight packing(13) is formed in the fastening part. The packing consists of a projected part(13a) of one side and a depressed part(13b) of the opposite side. A supporting part(14) is formed at the bottom of the form. In the third step, the form descends so that the damaged part of the pier is placed in the inside of the form. The water of the inside of the form is pumped out, and a reinforced frame is installed. In the fourth step, concrete is poured into the inside of the form and cured. In the fifth step, the form is removed by being cut with a cutter or a scissors after concrete is cured.
