PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a movable contact and a fixed contact easily separate from each other even if the movable contact and the fixed contact are welded to each other by a force larger than a spring return force. SOLUTION: A shift plate 10 provided with a through-hole 10a is attached to a movable core 7 to penetrate a contact shaft 11 through the through-hole 10a, and the contact shaft 11 is provided with a part 11a with diameter larger than that of the through-hole 10a. The part 11a with diameter larger than that of the through-hole 10a is arranged so that the distance between the shift plate 10 and the part 11a with diameter larger than that of the through-hole 10a becomes shorter than that between the fixed contact 17 and the movable contact 16.
