PURPOSE: A cable connecting structure removes a washer to reduce number of parts and simplify assembling process and fixed a cable connecting part to a connecting rod to prevent noise and vibration on gearshift. CONSTITUTION: A cable connecting structure comprises a connecting rod(50), a cable connector(52) and a detachment preventing device. The connecting rod(50) is protrusively formed on the end of a gearshift lever(2) perpendicularly. The cable connector(52) comprises a busing(56) inserted to the connecting rod(50), an elastic body(58) covering the bushing(56) and a connecting ring(60) covering the elastic body(58) and connected with a cable. The detachment preventing device comprises inserting holes(68) formed on both sides of the end of the connecting rod(50) perpendicularly to the axis direction, a caching protrusion(64) formed on both sides of the end of the bushing(56) perpendicularly to the axis direction and a locking pin(70) penetrating the inserting holes(68) and the catching protrusion(64) to fix the connecting rod(50) and the cable connector(52).
