PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote evaporation of fuel at the time of starting an engine. SOLUTION: A cooling water circuit 10 having a water pump 5 circulates cooling water through a block cooling water passage 2a of a cylinder block 2 and a head cooling water passage 3f of a cylinder head 3. A hot water circuit 20 having a hot water pump 6 and a heat insulating vessel 7 circulates hot water stored in the heat insulating vessel 7 through a fuel injection valve passage 3a. The high temperature cooling water circulating the cooling water circuit 10 is taken into the heat insulating vessel 7 during operation of an engine 1, while heat is accumulated for heating the fuel injection valve at the starting time of the engine. In order to start the engine, the hot water pump 6 is actuated before cranking the engine 1, and the hot water inside the heat insulating vessel 7 is circulated through the fuel injection valve passage 3a for heating a fuel injection valve 8 and facilitating evaporation of the fuel.
