METHOD FOR PREPARING CEMENT BRICK USING ROCK POWDER SLUDGE

PURPOSE: A method for preparing cement brick using rock powder sludge is provided which effectively uses waste resources and increases hardness of the cement brick by filling up gaps formed between aggregates. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of: (i) adding fine aggregates and 100-400 parts by weight of cement to 100 parts by weight of water; (ii) adding rock powder sludge in an amount of substituting 7-50 wt.% of the water and the fine aggregate to the mixture of the step (i) to make the sum of the fine aggregates and the rock fine powder be 300-3,600 parts by weight; and (iii) molding the obtained mixture into cement brick.
