PURPOSE: A pillar trim structure sufficiently absorbs and distributes shock of outside improve rigidity by forming multiple ribs in the inner side thereof as a step-shaped rib. CONSTITUTION: In pillar trim where ribs(2) are horizontally formed with an equal interval in the inner side thereof, each rib(2) is of a step-shape formed on the upper surface thereof and becomes thin from a connecting step(3a) to a free step(3b). This step-shape rib(2) formed as multiple steps distributes and absorbs shock of outside and increases an absorbed amount of shock so as to improve rigidity of a pillar trim.
