PURPOSE: A crepe paper manufacturing apparatus is provided to simplify the composition of the manufacturing apparatus and supply the manufacturing apparatus at low prices. CONSTITUTION: A crepe paper manufacturing apparatus includes a water tank(20) sinking a rolled paper sheet(10) in water with the paper sheet unwound, a crepe drum(30) winding the paper sheet containing water by passing through the water tank on an outer peripheral surface and heating the paper sheet with an embedded crepe heater(32) to dry about 80% water of the paper sheet, a blade(40) installed to abut on one side of the outer peripheral surface of the crepe drum taking off the paper sheet from the crepe drum and folding the paper sheet, a conveyor belt(53) conveying the paper sheet taken off from the crepe drum, a dry drum(50) passing the conveyor belt to wind the conveyor belt on the partial outer peripheral surface with the paper sheet pushed to pass the paper sheet together with the conveyor belt and regularly heating the pushed paper sheet, and a pair of cutting rollers(70) having many blades and blade grooves on an outer peripheral surface to cut the paper sheet at regular widths.
