PURPOSE: A carcass rubber composition containing a specified activating agent to remove nitrogen oxide harmful to the human body generated from conventional vulcanizing systems and improve adhesion between rubber and a steel cord and specified material is provided, which has the advantage of maintaining mechanical physical properties even at high temperature. CONSTITUTION: The carcass rubber composition comprises less than 4 phr of Aktivator-73, 4 phr of Perkalink-900, 64 to 68 phr of carbon black N-326 as a filler, 0.8 to 1.0 phr of a vulcanizing agent and 4.7 to 5.0 phr of insoluble sulfur. This composition is characterized in that it is friendly environmental by removing harmful material. |
