PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a takeout device which is attached to a bag-shaped container whereby the container can be used in place of a bottle container. SOLUTION: The takeout device 2 to be attached to a refill pack 2 for taking out a liquid cosmetic inside the pack 1 comprises a pair of plate bodies which can be overlaid with an upper part of the pack 1 pinched. A takeout nozzle 7 is made to protrude on one of the pair of plate bodies, a needle protruding from the nozzle 7 is formed, and a recess for receiving a tip of the needle is formed on the other of the pair of plate bodies. While the pair of plate bodies are overlaid, the needle sticks through the upper part of the pack 1 to have the inside of the nozzle 7 formed to communicate with the inside of the refill pack 1 for taking the liquid cosmetic in the pack 1 out of the nozzle 7.
