PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knock-down bicycle capable of being disassembled and reassembled in short time without requiring any special tool possibly required at the time of disassembly and storing in a cabin compactly with high flexibility. SOLUTION: In this knock-down bicycle, a front fork 2 is pivoted steerably at the front end part of a main frame 1 through a steering shaft 15, a saddle stay 4 is installed vertically at the rear end part of the main frame 1, and rear forks 3 and 21 are extended for installation. The front and rear forks 2 and 3 and the saddle stay 4 are formed foldably along the main frame 1, and a power transmission module 5 forming one 21 of the rear forks is formed detachably from a crankshaft 11 and a rear shaft 24.
