The conveyor has a free space between the delivery end of the feed belt and the receiving end of the distributor conveyor enabling the harvested crop to pass through to the bottom of the grain tank. The crop guide tube (17) of the distributor conveyor (9) is well spaced at its receiving end from the delivery end (4) of the feed conveyor screw (3). The screw conveyor (9) drive axis (8) is drivably carried in an angle gear whose housing rotates freely on one wall of the tank (2) and which is joined by spacer struts (18) to the guide tube. The screw sheet (16) of the screw conveyor extends as far as the gear housing specified as against the crop guide tube which is pivotally joined in its centre part via piston and cylinder (20) to the tank wall. The tube is joined to and partly covered by a bent sheet (21) whose adjoining sheet (22) is fixed to the tank wall (2). The respective sheet walls (23,24) are rotatably interconnected via a journal (25) whose own axis extends that of the angle gearing.
