CUP CONTAINER AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cup container and its manufacturing method in which an adhering force of water-soluble stored content at its contact surface can be increased by ionizing the wall surface of the container and further an antistatic effect can be realized efficiently. SOLUTION: A cup container 11 is constituted such that an antistatic is bled out at the surface of its outer circumferential wall 13 to improve polarity at the surface by performing a corona discharging operation at the circumferential wall 13 of the cup container 11 formed into a cup shape with synthetic resin containing the antistatic therein. It is preferable that a surface specific resistance value at the surface of the circumferential wall 13 is in a range of 101 to 109Ω. This cup container 11 is manufactured by a method wherein after the synthetic resin containing the antistatic is injected and molded into a cup shape, the circumferential wall 13 of the cup container 11 is arranged in a predetermined space between a corona discharging processor device and a mandrel and the corona discharging is applied for processing.
