FLUID COMMUNICATION DEVICE AND ITS USAGE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a fluid communication means by forming a hole for receiving a fluid communication device in a specific position of a body where the flanged communication means cannot be machined for an obstacle and an impediment. SOLUTION: A waste fluid communication means is attached to a hole 12 of a pressure vessel. The hole has a first part 20 and a second part 22. The waste fluid communication means includes a housing 24 and the housing has a narrow and long shaft part 28 stored in the first part of the hole. A mutual communication flange 30 is connected to a first end of the shaft part and a passage penetrates the shaft part and is longitudinally extended. A mutual communication pipe 26 is stored in the passage of the housing. The mutual communication pipe includes a seal flange 38 connected as sealing the first end of the shaft part of the housing. A hole seal part 40 penetrates at least a part of the second part of the hole and connected as being extended.
