PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the shape and structure of a sound producing body of the structure which efficiently releases the sound generated by the sound producing body to the outside of an electronic apparatus without confining the sound within the electronic apparatus and the structure of the electronic apparatus which is mounted with the sound producing body and has an excellent assembly characteristic. SOLUTION: The shape and structure of the sound producing body which has an electro-acoustic converter and a is mounted at the electronic apparatus and in which the sound producing body has a casing to cover the electro- acoustic converter and the casing has a tubular part projecting from part thereof and leading out the sound generated therein. The structure of the electronic apparatus in which the tubular part of the sound producing body is inserted from an inner side into the aperture on the exterior of the electronic apparatus mounted with the sound producing body.
