摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric charge generating material and an electrophotographic photoreceptor each having excellent characteristics. SOLUTION: The electric charge generating material is based on oxy-titanium phthalocyanine and contains 0.00001-3 pts.wt. dialkylnaphthalene of formula 1 (where R1 and R2 are each a linear or branched alkyl and may be mutually the same or different) based on 100 pts.wt. oxy-titanium phthalocyanine. When the electric charge generating material is incorporated into a photosensitive layer 4, the objective electrophotographic photoreceptor 11 excellent in sensitivity is obtained.
