PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk with a large recording capacity suitable for parallel recording and production for easily handling data. SOLUTION: Relating to this optical disk provided with a set of information track groups 1 for forming plural spirals for simultaneously recording and reproducing information to the respective tracks 2 of the set of the information track groups 1 by plural light beams corresponding to the respective tracks 2 of the set of the information track groups 1, a recording/reproducing frequency is made the same among the plural tracks 2 for simultaneously recording and reproducing the information and recording and reproduction based on the CAV format of a fixed angular velocity are performed.
