PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make obtainable highly accurate positional information of a GPS receiver over a wide area. SOLUTION: An FM multiplex DGPS information receiving unit 5 receives GPS corrected information based on FM multiplex broadcasting, while a stationary satellite receiving unit 6 receives GPS satellite corrected information from a GPS wide area reinforcing stationary satellite, and a DGPS information selecting unit 7 selects either of the GPS corrected information based on the FM multiplex broadcasting or the GPS satellite corrected information from the GPS wide area reinforcing stationary satellite on the basis of the respective reception states so as to correct positional information of the GPS receiver measured in a positioning unit 3. In this way, accurate positional information can be outputted even if reception from FM broadcasting or a stationary satellite is impossible. |
