PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve the problem that not only the movement range of an object is limited but also even unnecessary picture are transmitted when transferring picked-up pictures by fixing an image pickup part in an image pickup device and the problem that a device is made large and expensive inevitably by making the image pickup part itself to track the object. SOLUTION: With respect to the image pickup device where the image pickup part is fixed, a transmission object picture is preliminarily set, and a minimum required transmission range is set in accordance with the movement of the transmission object picture in a photographic picture to transfer only the picture within this transmission range. |
