METHOD OF MANUFACTURING MAGNETIC HEAD SLIDER

PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a magnetic head slider is provided to differently form the size and location of an air ventilating path according to an eccentric amount of the magnetic head slider having a rotating prevention function, so as to prevent the slider from rotating by differences of an air linear velocity incoming during a recording process. CONSTITUTION: A mounting plate(110) is set on a mobile part. A magnetic head slider(100) is formed in correspondence with the mounting plate(110), and forms an air ventilating path(111). A load beam(120) supports the magnetic head slider(100). Both sides of the air ventilating path(111) are pierced inside the magnetic head slider(100). The size and a location of the air ventilating path(111) are determined depending on an air eccentric amount incoming into the magnetic head slider(100).
