PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide opening/closing structure for preventing an opening panel from being damaged by improving operability, when closing the opening panel. SOLUTION: An opening panel 2 can be opened or closed for a cabinet 1. One end of a stay 15 is mounted rotatably to the cabinet 1, and the other end of the stay 15 is mounted slidably to a guide groove 16a of a stay guide bracket 16, being mounted to the opening panel 2. An engagement part 16b is formed at the guide groove 16a, and the opening panel 2 is retained in an open state, by allowing the other end of the stay 15 to engage with engagement part 16b. A grip 23 is mounted rotatably to the opening panel 2, and a slide plate 19 is moved by the movement of the grip 23. When the opening panel 2 is to be closed, the slide plate is moved by rotating the grip 23, so that the stay 15 is removed from the engagement part 16b and the opening panel 2 can be moved in the closing direction.
