PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger having an excellent heat transfer performance. SOLUTION: Laminar channel parts 55R obtained by surrounding a laminar channel forming member 55 formed by perpendicularly bending a pair of opposed ends 54A, 54B of thin plates 54 in the same direction with the body parts of the plates 54 and the ends 54A, 54B at both sides are superposed so as to be perpendicularly crossed by upper and lower laminar channel forming members 55 and planely symmetrically superposing corrugated plates 56 on the respective parts 55R, inserting and brazing in a furnace to integrate to a heat exchange member 51. The member 51 is inserted into a rectangular parallelepiped case 62 in which headers 53 are arranged in four sides and installed.
