PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which includes a display device, an input device, a processor, and a memory storage medium and implements an interactive video processing environment. SOLUTION: The system, which includes a display device 22, the input device, a processor 28, and the memory storage medium and implements the interactive video processing environment, includes a code which is used to generate display contents in a main display window of the interactive video processing environment, a code which is used to generate display contents in a first subordinate window displayed in the main window in relation to a segmented video object of a picture, and a code which is used to generate display contents in a second subordinate window displayed in the main window in parallel with the first subordinate window in relation to picture encoding processing.
