PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make optimal downstream side information converted from upstream side information. SOLUTION: In addition to data forms 13 and 19 of the conversion source and the conversion destination and a data digit number 14, a stored data attribute is added as an element for data form determination and the data form 13 of the conversion source is converted to the data form 19 of the conversion destination. The stored data attribute is a domain name 17 of conversion object data. A detailed data form conversion rule is prepared. A data form conversion rule are for correspondence among the data form of the conversion source, the data digit number of the conversion source and the data form of the conversion destination and the detailed data form conversion rule are for correspondence among the data form of the conversion source, the domain name, a digit conversion coefficient and the data form of the conversion destination. When the upstream side information is converted to the downstream side information, that downstream side information becomes optimal. Such two correspondences are variably prepared on the basis of upstream design information. |
