A data output controller facilitates retrieving detailed information at lower cost through a network and indicates service charges clearly for users. A data output control terminal (300) is connected to communicate with mobile terminals (100) owned by users, printers (PR1-PRn) distributed in various places and WWW servers (DS1-DSm) through the Internet (400). The data output control terminal (300) retrieves the data associated with a data print request from a mobile terminal (100) from a WWW server (DS), selects one of the printers (PR) to provide the user with the output data, and supplies the data to the selected printer (PR). The data output control terminal (300) charges the mobile terminal (100) depending on the provided print service. The charge is added to the subscriber account of the user.
