<p>A method of manufacturing a laminated plate suitable for a flexible substrate material which is free from visual defects such as wrinkles and curls produced when a plurality of laminated materials containing thermally fusible laminated materials are formed by sticking these materials to each other by a heating and pressuring forming device, comprising the steps of disposing a thermal resistant protective material between a pressuring surface and the laminated materials, heating and pressuring the materials at a temperature of 200° or higher, and peeling off the protective material from the laminated materials after heated and pressurized materials are cooled, whereby the laminated plate with less nonuniformness due to pressurization, a uniform surface, and a good inter-layer adhesion, and the method and device for manufacturing the laminated plate can be provided; specifically, the heating and pressuring formation is performed by a heating and pressuring forming device having at least a pair of metal rolls.</p> |
