摘要 food industry. SUBSTANCE: described is method of preparing edible ethyl alcohol from fractions derived in rectification or rectification process. Method comprises withdrawing derived fractions into concentration part of distillation column with deflector and capacitor, currying out distillation process under pressure, directing two streams of softened or continuously distilled water to evaporation part of column into upper or lower zones, respectively; in this case, alcohol distillate is diluted to concentration of volume fraction of alcohol to 8 % and it is withdrawn at this concentration from evaporation part of column to be further purified and used as additional edible ethyl alcohol. Impurities are withdrawn from process through column capacitor. Method makes it increase yield of alcohol and release it from methanol or other admixtures resulting from starch stock due to creation of optimum conditions during distillation process to recover impurities, thus enabling one to prepare top quality edible ethyl alcohol.
