<p>The reception SIR is calculated by a reception SIR calculation unit (107) from an average of the interference signal powers of continuous several slots immediately before. A reference judgement unit (109) judges whether the reception SIR is larger than a reference value or not. A TPC producing unit (110) produces a TPC ordering reduction of a transmission power when the number of desired signal power values stored in a power value storage unit (108) is large enough to average them and when the reception SIR is not larger than the reference value, and produces a TPC ordering an increase of the transmission power in the other cases. Thus, the base station always can receive a signal with high quality and conduct efficient communication.</p> |
