A method of easily forming a urethane foam, characterized in that a two-fluid-mixing cartridge system having container parts (3a) and (3b) respectively containing a main ingredient (a) comprising a polyol and a foaming agent and a hardener (b) comprising a polyisocyanate compound and further having a mixing part (9) where the main ingredient (a) is mixed with the hardener (b) is used to mix the two fluids (a) and (b) with each other while forming foaming nuclei and discharge the mixture, which is then foamed and cured.
