The thin metal cylinder waveguide (1) surrounds the fore-part area (2) of probe whose other end passes over in the shaft (3). The dielectric material consisting of optical fibers (5) and a coaxially arranged metallic internal conductor (6) is surrounded by cylinder. The fiber serves as forward and return of light to/from fore-part area.
